Snow Removal Report

The SCM snow removal report gives homeowners a real-time update on accumulation and snow removal schedules. When there is a storm, check the report for up-to-date information on when snow removal will begin and what the removal process shall be.

It was a very busy snow removal season with more snow events and heavier, wetter snow than has been seen on the front range since 2008. Thank you to all of our contractors and snow removal partners for a successful 2012 and spring 2013. We will be in the process of selecting contractors for 2013 winter and 2014 in the near future. All feedback from homeowners is welcome and we will see you when the snow flies.

For communities with private, contracted snow removal, removal is done when there is accumulation of 4" of snow for the walking surfaces and 6" in the streets. Snow removal shall begin as soon as possible AFTER the end of a storm but no later that 24 hours after the last snow fall. Stillwater Community Management, at the direction of the HOA Board of Directors, will initiate snow removal. Snow removal will not begin before authorization is given by SCM.
